Return & Exchange policy:

Return & Exchange conditions:

• Item(s) must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached.
• Item(s) returned with obvious wear, makeup, stains, perfume will be subject to denial.
• Item(s) must be returned in their original packaging to ensure safe transit.
• Item(s) must be accompanied with a valid receipt and return label and be returned within our specified timelines. 

Failure to adhere to the above standards may result in your return being denied or rejected.

Regular Return/Exchange Policy:

Regular Price Merchandise: Items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the shipping date. Shipping cost is non refundable. $20 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. 

Sale price Merchandise: Items purchased at sale price are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Order Cancellations or Modifications:
